Unlock Your Potential as a Product Marketing Manager

Vishay Electronic GmbH is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Selb or Heide. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including resistors and passive components.
  • Design-in Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful design-in of our products.
  • Product Training: Develop and deliver training programs to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Price Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing head to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Data Sheet Management: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date data sheets for our products.
  • New Product Introduction: Develop and execute plans to introduce new products to the market, including market research, product positioning, and launch strategies.
  • R&D Project Team: Participate in R&D project teams to ensure that new products meet customer needs and are aligned with our business strategy.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage our product portfolio at broadline distribution and sample stock at catalogue distribution.
  • Cross References: Provide cross-references for our products to ensure that customers can easily find the information they need.
  • PCNs and PTNs: Issue and follow up on PCNs and PTNs to ensure that customers are aware of any changes to our products.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in electronic engineering, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in resistors products would be an advantage.
  • Ability to fully understand and communicate technical products and solutions.
  • Highly self-driven and able to manage projects and teams independently.
  • Team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in an international team.
  • Research & Analytical Skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Business fluent English and fluent German language skills.
