**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Breeding Information team at KWS SAAT SE in Germany for a full-time and permanent position. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our digital breeding workflows and software solutions for the field of R&D.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate the team who provides user support and training of specialized software for breeding.
  • Update and maintain common quality management document libraries for breeding software.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders and contribute to the preparation of workshops and training events.
  • Closely cooperate with plant breeding, research, and programming teams.
  • Prepare newsletters, reports, and other communication products for different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget allocation and prepare financial reports.
  • Support in the preparation of roadmaps for digital products.
  • Work together with portfolio managers and agile software development teams to establish KPIs and OKRs.
  • Contribute project management expertise to enhance digitalization efforts in breeding and breeding information areas.
  • Monitor and track projects in software for breeding.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in administration, business management, or information management.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in agile and hybrid project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and interdisciplinary environment.
  • Proficiency in English (German language skills are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to breeding stations up to 5% of working time.
