About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fashion Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team at IVY OAK GmbH. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales functions, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support across all sales functions, including reporting, order management, and executing IVY OAK's operational processes
  • Communicate with B2B customers and agents via phone and email to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure operational excellence by meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes
  • Collaborate with customers, the sales team, and the operations team to thoughtfully resolve order issues
  • Assist our Head of Sales and B2B Sales & Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks, particularly during sales campaigns in our showrooms
  • Manage size scales and other key data within SAP to ensure timely deliveries and prevent or resolve chargebacks
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, e-commerce, fashion management, or a related field
  • Apprenticeship or initial experience in sales is a plus
  • Strong motivation to deliver exceptional service to our B2B clients
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for working with numbers and data
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work. Open to change and eager to find improvements and practical solutions
  • Organized and structured working style, with a sense of ownership and responsibility to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Knowledge or interest in sustainability, CSR, and circular economy is a big advantage
