Aerospace ECS Manager

Piper Maddox is seeking an experienced Aerospace ECS Manager to lead the design, development, and certification of the Environmental Conditioning System (ECS) for a revolutionary aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a talented team in the ECS development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet certification and business requirements.
- Oversee the system implementation cycle with a focus on verification, testing, and compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships and contribute to the selection process.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with EASA and other standards.
- Extensive experience in aircraft ECS or Thermal Management System development.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in engineering management.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics and system safety principles.
- Proficiency in certification processes and experience with type certification methods.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
