Logistics Area Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Area Supervisor to join our team at Alstom in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the service provider to ensure the efficient receipt and storage of goods
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other logistics software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluent German and English language skills
