Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing our properties, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Coordination
    • Act as the central point of contact for property owners, tenants, advisory boards, authorities, insurance companies, and external service providers.
  • Meeting and Event Planning
    • Prepare and execute owners' meetings, including implementing resolutions.
  • Financial Planning
    • Create financial plans and oversee their implementation.
  • Maintenance and Operations
    • Coordinate maintenance, inspection, and operational obligations.
  • Property Inspections
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Insurance and Claims
    • Handle insurance claims and defect reports.
  • Repair and Maintenance
    • Manage repair and maintenance measures, including obtaining and reviewing quotes.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Completed training in real estate management or business administration.
    • Practical experience in property management and solid knowledge of property law is advantageous.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Business understanding and quick comprehension.
    • Proficient in MS-Office; experience with WOWINEX is desirable.
    • Team player, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation.
    • Structured and reliable way of working.
