Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at expert SE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store promotions and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
