Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Clinical Trial Execution Service department. As a key member of our team, you will support our study processes and activities in line with our go-to-market strategy for investigational medicinal products (IMPs). Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and execute IMP-related trial processes and activities such as Chain of Identity (CoI) and Chain of Custody (CoC) management and requirements planning. This includes monitoring the lifecycle of IMP and comparator products from receipt to destruction, including labelling design, packaging, IWRS set-up, distribution, and drug accountability.
In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Supply Chain department to implement IMP-related processes. You will also be responsible for process improvement activities related to the IMP testing process and supporting the qualification, training, and monitoring of the Contract Manufacturer (CMO) supplying the IMPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of clinical research and clinical trial management, ideally in the field of haemato-oncology and oncology.
- Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: life cycle management of IMPs (from receipt to destruction), documented experience with relevant legislation, and international GMP, GDP, and GCP guidelines.
- Exceptional project and process management skills, combining big-picture risk management with attention to detail.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
