About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with project leadership experience to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and planning complex construction projects, providing expert planning services in the field of civil engineering, and overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and plan complex construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Provide expert planning services in the field of civil engineering, specifically for phases 5-8 of the HOAI
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement project control and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in project leadership and management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, including AVA and ORCA-AVA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
