Research and Data Support Specialist

As a Research and Data Support Specialist at Statista GmbH, you will be responsible for providing research support and data collection services for our online surveys. Your tasks will include researching company key figures in secondary data sources, cleaning and comparing data from online surveys, conducting quality and reputation checks of companies based on defined criteria, and performing plausibility checks using your knowledge of the respective sector.
Support for Online SurveysYou will also provide first-level support for online surveys, serving as the primary point of contact for participants. Your responsibilities will include timely and professional transmission of general information about the surveys, administration of received documents from survey participants, and forwarding complex requests to project managers for processing. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing requests.
Requirements- Good knowledge of Excel and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy collecting, organizing, and reviewing large amounts of data in Excel
- Meticulous, independent, and reliable way of working with an eye for quality, detail, and accuracy
- Very good written and spoken English (B2)
- Very good written and spoken German (B2)
