Key Account Manager for Baking SEA

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at AB Enzymes. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales of our Baking enzymes in Southeast Asia.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives and KPIs with key accounts and distributors, focusing on revenue growth.
- Build sustainable long-term relationships with senior management, purchasing, operations, quality control, R&D, and application management teams.
- Identify, create, prioritize, and convert new sales opportunities.
- Account planning, sales analysis, deal executions, and sales forecasting.
- Collect and analyze market information in target growth segments.
- Connect customers' technical functions and AB Enzymes' technical support closely.
- Be a key team member of the Asia Pacific and global Baking teams.
About You
We are looking for a customer-focused, outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have proven leadership skills and be a team player.
Additionally, you should possess:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the Baking industry.
- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, and/or Biotechnology.
- 5-10 years of B-B sales or technical support experience in the Baking industry.
- Ability to identify and evaluate key opportunities by understanding market drivers, customer needs, and growth potential.
- Willingness and capability to travel 50-60% of the time in the SEA region.
