Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of International Sales, der unsere internationale Vertriebsstrategie weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann.

Aufgaben

  • Vertriebsstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Steigerung der Umsätze und Marktanteile.
  • Führung: Führung eines Vertriebsteams, einschließlich der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Aufbau des Headcounts.
  • Kundenbeziehungen: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Kommunikation und persönliche Besuche.
  • Marktanalyse: Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Marktsegmente sowie Ableitung entsprechender Vertriebsaktivitäten.
  • Produktentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um das Produktangebot kontinuierlich zu verbessern und an die Kundenbedürfnisse anzupassen.
  • Vertriebsleistung: Überwachung und Analyse von Vertriebsleistungskennzahlen, Erstellung von Berichten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Unternehmensrichtlinien: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Vertriebsbereich.

Qualifikationen

  • Technische Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Chemie, des Chemieingenieurwesens oder auch der Verfahrenstechnik, alternativ aus dem Bereich Betriebswirtschaft in Kombination mit technischer Affinität.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und nachgewiesene Erfolge in vergleichbarer Funktion in einem international aufgestellten Unternehmen der Chemieindustrie (idealerweise mit starkem Bezug zur Kunststoff- und/oder Kautschukindustrie).
  • Führungskompetenz: Führungserfahrung sowie -stärke.
  • Strategisches Geschick: Strategisches Geschick sowie gleichermaßen hands-on Mentalität.
  • Interkulturelle Fähigkeiten: Interkulturelle Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft auf internationaler Ebene.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
