About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our website, title data, and creating sample content for book platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our website's content and structure
  • Coordinate title data and ensure accuracy
  • Develop and create sample content for book platforms
  • Support our social media marketing efforts
  • Assist in customer service and sales support
  • Develop and create presentations for conferences and workshops
  • Process and respond to inquiries from bookstores and readers
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, structured, and detail-oriented work style
  • Excellent German language skills and writing abilities
  • Enjoy working in sales and marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
  • This is a six-month internship as part of a bachelor's degree program
