Logistics Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage the technical and disciplinary aspects of the operational team in the general cargo sector, fostering a collaborative environment within our cooperation network.
- Optimize national and international network transports, implementing permanent improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and refine processes as part of our continuous improvement process concept, driving excellence in our operations.
- Ensure and optimize processes within the general cargo system transports at the location, maintaining a high-quality standard while ensuring profitability.
- Support the training and development of new employees, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
- Collaborate closely with local and regional interfaces, including Sales, Customer Service, and Administration departments, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Nurture relationships with national and international partners, fostering a network of trusted collaborators.
- Maintain effective cooperation with central Head Office departments, promoting a unified approach to our operations.
- A commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience, with a strong background in logistics or business administration.
- Experience in managing operational processes using key performance indicator systems, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of general cargo processes and corresponding QM systems, such as DIN ISO 9XXX and IFS.
- Proven experience in employee management, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
