The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Commercial CRM Manager to lead our CRM ecosystem projects. As the responsible and accountable lead, you will define the to-be-situation, develop a change management plan, and improve process- and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic interface between CRM users and their managers
  • Define CRM Key User skills and establish a CRM Key User community
  • Manage the CRM governance process, including the enhancement request process
  • Define standard operational procedures to enforce high data quality
  • Compile and disseminate system usage data and suggest areas of improvement
  • Define primary and secondary KPIs for each CRM role
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in commercial environment
  • Effective communication skills in German and English
  • Proficiency in commercial software (SAP, CRM)
  • Strong customer orientation and analytical mindset
  • Experience in an international commercial environment and ability for international travel
