We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at the Center for Interdisciplinary Care and Therapy. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, who live on four living areas, including a gerontopsychiatric unit.
Our residents require care for nursing needs from 18 years old, and we offer short-term care as well. We utilize PC or touch monitor for nursing documentation, which will be part of your training. You will fully support the concept of activating care and apply it consistently. Ideally, you have experience working with individuals suffering from dementia.
We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your police clearance certificate must be impeccable. We are in the midst of changes in nursing care, and we are looking for individuals who identify with the Diakonie mission and are eager to shape it.
