About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing projects in the field of child rights and development in Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities in collaboration with local partners
  • Coordinate the implementation of projects, including budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Provide technical assistance and support to project partners
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project development and implementation
  • Develop and manage project reports and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination and management
  • Strong knowledge of child rights and development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, French, and German
