Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of protection, control, and metering systems in your regional center's network area.
  • Be responsible for the topic of commissioning, maintenance, and fault elimination in secondary technology in your regional center's network area.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of work by external companies.
  • Parameterize protection, control, and metering systems according to specifications.
  • Participate in complex functional tests.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or master/technician extension training in electrical engineering.
  • Willingness to further train as a master/technician in electrical engineering.
  • Relevant work experience (1-3 years) and thorough knowledge of operating high-voltage network systems, particularly in substation technology.
  • Knowledge of relevant testing and parameterization software.
  • Valid driver's license for a car.
  • Experience in secondary technology (protection/control and metering technology) is advantageous.
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
