Position Overview
We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to become a vital part of our agile team. This position calls for a strategic thinker who has a proven track record in managing B2B SaaS products within the AI sector, especially in early-stage startup environments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evolving products from initial MVPs to fully developed, market-ready offerings, showcasing an exceptional ability to innovate and execute in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to shape the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-enhanced video intelligence solutions.
- Engage closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to create products that align with market demands and surpass customer expectations.
- Establish product vision while collecting and prioritizing requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through development, market introduction, and subsequent iterations.
- Analyze existing MVPs to derive genuine customer requirements and assist in restructuring features, functions, and components.
- Coordinate product launches in partnership with marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Examine market trends and competitive landscapes to appropriately position our products.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, focusing on B2B SaaS and AI products.
- Experience in early-stage startups, from MVP development to product scaling.
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with a solid technical background.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a remote environment with diverse teams.
- Proven capacity to work independently and make impactful product decisions.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Gitlab and Notion.
