Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at GEMO Group. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including injection molding machines
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
• Participate in quality control initiatives to identify and resolve issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents or near-misses
