Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Manager - IT Solutions Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT solutions team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-level relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing/IT service management or program management
- Technical understanding of network infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with large clients and governments, preferably internationally
- Proactive, collaborative, and engaging communication style
- Structured work approach
- Cause-based analytics and strategic thinking
Benefits:
