• Completed education and training as an Examinierter Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
• Experience working in geriatric care or healthcare settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing situations
• Proficiency in German language (min. B2 level)
