Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Global Market Access team at the Plattling site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring global approval processes with authorities, testing and certification bodies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent execution, coordination and monitoring of global approval processes
  • Preparation of offers for internationally active customers to obtain national approvals of products
  • Preparation of project plans and regular coordination with customers
  • Preparation and review of approval documents
  • Research with international authorities and certification bodies to determine nationally required approval procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably with additional qualification
  • Experience in handling projects, including project planning, control, supervision and completion
  • Affinity for technology and strong communication skills
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, good German skills and other foreign languages an advantage
