Bilingual Educator

Mitra bilinguale Kindergärten gGmbH is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting bilingualism and preserving cultural identity in children from diverse backgrounds.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced educator to join our team of bilingual (German-Russian) kindergarten staff in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 0-6 years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of bilingual children
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both German and Russian
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Relevant degree in early childhood education or a related field
• Experience working with bilingual children and families
