Role Overview:

Majorel Berlin GmbH, Betriebsstätte Berlin 1 is seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in shaping the online experience for our clients' social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing content based on our client's policies and guidelines
  • Review, block, and delete content that violates our client's community standards
  • Commit to delivering a high standard of accuracy and quality in your work
  • Have a direct impact on reducing hate speech, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and the spread of misinformation online
Requirements:
  • Excellent Uzbek and English language skills
  • High awareness of cultural and political situations, social issues, and popular trends in the market/region you will be supporting
  • An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
  • A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment where you'll need to adapt to different cultures, nationalities, and languages
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
  • A clean, blank certificate of good conduct must be presented before starting work
