Your Responsibilities
  • Monitoring processes and product-specific quality requirements, including hygiene controls, quality documentation, and finished product inspections
  • Maintenance of QS documentation
  • Monitoring of calibration and validation of measuring instruments, communication with external testing facilities
  • Monitoring of operational hygiene
  • Coordination and implementation of sampling procedures
  • Implementation of IFS requirements and internal company guidelines
  • Collaboration on specialized projects
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training in the food industry (journeyman, skilled worker, technician)
  • Desirable professional experience in quality management and/or the meat industry
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs and affinity for IT applications
  • Quick understanding and learning ability
  • Independent and team-oriented work style combined with strong communication skills
