Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.

Requirements

• Completed education and training as a Care Professional, Altenpflegefachkraft, or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger.
• Proven experience in a care setting, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
