We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team at Nagel Technical Services GmbH. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Benchmark and maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and components.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Abilities in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
