Job Description:As a key member of our Business Technology Organization, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Systems Architect to drive the development and implementation of our systems architecture framework. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the enterprise-wide scalable and flexible systems architecture framework that supports market operations, grid management, settlement, and load balancing.
- Establish principles, governance, and guidance for maturing our systems capability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, external suppliers, IT architects, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure a shared architectural vision.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar function, preferably with experience in a utilities or infrastructure asset company.
- Strong understanding of industry standards (ISO 27k certifications) and best practices in systems and markets, including information security, risk management, control rooms, and high availability systems.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software architecture, SCADA systems, integration, and IT/OT.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF and ArchiMate are preferred.
