Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team at Universität Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and conducting research in the field of multimodal systems, with a focus on human robot interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and conduct research in multimodal systems, with a focus on human robot interaction
- Develop and implement new methodologies for multimodal large language models
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement research projects
- Contribute to the development of new courses and educational materials
- Participate in the development of research proposals and grant applications
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Extensive programming knowledge in ROS (C++, C, Python), and model training frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow)
- Practical experience with NVIDIA clusters of GPUs (e.g. H100)
- Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a team and confident presentation skills
