We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Systems Manager to join our global Finance department at our headquarters in Leverkusen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation across our Treasury Management System (TMS-) Landscape and associated applications and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle delivery of treasury systems from ideation to deployment and support.
  • Optimize system performance, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
  • Manage and/or support cross-functional projects in the focus area of system integration and automation.
  • Advise and support internal and external stakeholders (auditors, regulatory authorities, software providers, etc.).
  • Fulfill daily operations regarding trade lifecycle (post-trade processing and settlements), system and user management.
What We Offer:
  • University degree (pre-Master) in business informatics, IT, or an equivalent education and appropriate professional experience.
  • Experiences with treasury management systems (preferable FIS Quantum) and familiarity with treasury processes and related financial instruments.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and database management, respectively high affinity for IT systems and their interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English and (ideally) German skills.
