Business Analyst Private Bank Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Private Bank team at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving key recurring tasks of the International Platform with a strong focus on Management Information (MI) reporting.
You will also coordinate employee onboarding and training, as well as the client communication process.
Additionally, you will apply your deep knowledge related to monthly creation of MI reporting to support the implementation of central business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create consolidated database for various Management Information reporting on a periodic base and perform tracking tasks incl. business data management and analysis
- Own process of employee management within Wealth Management, optimize existing new joiner and training platform on a consistent base
- Coordinate external and internal communication tasks
- Support business initiatives of Private Bank International Platform
- Collaborate with offshore team from Deutsche Bank India
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
