Deine Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Transformation Manager, der unsere Grid Solutions-Abteilung bei der Umsetzung von Transformationsprozessen unterstützt. Du wirst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten entwickeln und koordinieren, um die Umstellung von Kohle auf Gas und die Möglichkeit einer späteren Umstellung auf Wasserstoff zu sichern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwickelst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und koordinierst Transformationsprozesse
  • Sicherst, dass die Umstellung von Kohle auf Gas und die Möglichkeit einer späteren Umstellung auf Wasserstoff möglich ist
  • Managst und koordinierst kommerzielle Themen für Netzreservekraftwerke
  • Verwaltest und verhandelst bestehende Gasverträge für Marktkraftwerke in Deutschland
  • Stellst optimierte Prozesse sicher und steuerst die Brennstoffversorgung
  • Entwickelst und optimierst die Brennstoffversorgung innerhalb des bestehenden regulatorischen Rahmens
  • Identifizierst und bewertest vertragsbezogene Risiken und Chancen
  • Bearbeitest ad-hoc Themen aus den Bereichen Energiewirtschaft und kommerzielles Netzmanagement

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Energiesektor
  • Hohes Interesse an energiewirtschaftlichen, rohstoff- und netzspezifischen Themen
  • Erfahrungen im kommerziellen Netzmanagement und in der Regulierung sind willkommen
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Networking-Fähigkeiten
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Deutsch und Englisch auf professionellem Niveau
