Doctolib is seeking a Student Assistant in the Customer Engagement & Community Management sector. This role is essential for our operations.
Our mission is to revolutionize healthcare in collaboration with health professionals. To achieve this, we have developed the Doctolib Online Community Platform, where we keep our users (including doctors, therapists, and practice teams) informed about updates, provide opportunities for interaction, and gather feedback and product ideas to enhance our offerings.
Your Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Customer Engagement team. This team's primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our existing clients and to foster engagement within the community. You will represent our Doctolib Community, maintain direct contact with customers, and develop a profound understanding of our users.
- You will assist in moderating our community and manage incoming inquiries, developing a solid understanding of Doctolib products to respond to user questions independently.
- You will play a key role in co-creating by organizing product ideas and suggestions from our users and coordinating the development of our solutions.
- You will help organize and recruit participants for co-creation projects such as surveys, workshops, interviews, and beta tests.
- You will plan, write, and publish audience-optimized content to strengthen brand loyalty.
- You will also take responsibility for smaller projects and support their execution.
During your time with us, you will:
- Gain insights into how (online) communities are planned, built, and maintained.
- Learn to stimulate discussions with target-oriented content and moderate user contributions.
- Independently manage various projects and act as a liaison between the company and users.
Your Profile

- You are enrolled full-time at a German university, studying marketing, communication, or a related field, and are eager to apply your knowledge in practice for 20 hours per week.
- You are outgoing, possess a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, and are interested in driving the growth and engagement of our community.
- You have an interest in the healthcare sector, enjoy developing solutions in a team, and actively participate in co-creation initiatives to advance Doctolib.
- You are creative, have a good sense of writing, and can easily adapt your contributions to different target groups while maintaining the appropriate tone.
- You speak German at a native level (C2) and have a good command of English.
