As a Salesforce Developer and Business Analyst at Statkraft, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective utilization of the Salesforce platform.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop new technical solution designs and recommendations using Salesforce technology to address complex business use cases.
- Perform requirements analysis to understand business processes and identify requirements.
- Design and implement new requirements and optimize existing functionality to enhance the customer experience.
- Serve as a technical contact for internal stakeholders and provide expert guidance on Salesforce customization and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative customization and administration, including Process Builder, flows, user management, reports, and AppExchange.
- Practical experience with Salesforce coding, including Apex classes, Apex Web services, Lightning Framework (Aura & LWC), and SOQL.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver a CRM solution.
- Experience with version control using Git.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
- Passionate, curious, and independent problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is optional.
- Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
