Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and guide practical training for apprentices, including exam preparation
• Provide qualified performance assessments
• Be the contact person for partners and mentors
• Orient new staff both professionally and personally
• Participate in regional practice instructor meetings

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with practice instructor certification and at least 1 year of experience in the last 5 years
• Strong organizational and networking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Empathy and respect for others
• Team player
