We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at the Munich Marriott City West. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security
  • Monitor and control hotel finances, including cash handling and credit card transactions
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of night audit reports
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
