Clinical Sales Manager

About the Role

Vapotherm is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Manager to promote our innovative respiratory therapies and influence the best possible experience for patients and healthcare providers in their region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Vapotherm's Unique Technologies: Increase awareness and create demand for our products among existing and potential new customers.
  • Lead Clinical Education Efforts: Accelerate sales to new customers, increase effectiveness and utilization at existing accounts via safe and effective use of our therapies.
  • Develop Hospital Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, and strategic partners within the territory.
  • Provide Clinical and Product Training: Offer scheduled and on-demand support to customers on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and clinical best practices.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of key customers, market trends, competitors, and leading competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Development: Provide feedback for improvement to current products and development of new products/extensions.
Requirements
  • Clinical Background or Commercial Experience: Preference for candidates with a clinical background or three or more years of experience in a commercial role in clinical education or sales.
  • Education and Knowledge: Experience in a hospital environment preferred but not essential; current knowledge of respiratory therapies required.
  • Communication and Computer Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including group presentation skills; proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and online applications.
  • Language Skills: English communication skills required.
  • Travel Requirements: 50%-65% travel out on the field visiting clients and customers in Germany.
