About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our AI/ML initiatives and drive innovation in our supply chain management platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that optimize our customers' logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our platform
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless data exchange between systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and AWS technologies
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on machine learning in a production environment
  • Excellent Python and SQL skills
  • Experience with designing and implementing ML solutions using AWS services like Bedrock, Textract, Sagemaker, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs
  • Familiarity with designing and developing RESTful APIs, preferably using Flask or FastAPI frameworks
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified - Solutions Architect - Associate, Developer Associate, Data Engineer Associate, Machine Learning - Specialty)
  • Experience in leading collaboration cross-functionally with a diverse team
