Chief Compliance Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Compliance Officer to lead our Global Regulatory Expert team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, regulatory affairs, and leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compliance programs, managing risks, and ensuring that our teams understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.

• Develop and Implement Compliance Programs: Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs that mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance-related risks across our operations.
• Regulatory Affairs: Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory landscapes and advise our teams on compliance matters.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our employees understand compliance requirements and best practices.
• Audit and Investigation: Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field such as law, international affairs, or business.
• Compliance Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Luxembourg. Occasional travel within the Cargolux network may be required.

Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
