As a Logistics Coordinator & Deputy Tour Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating loading schedules, optimizing loading processes, managing shipping transports, and providing support to tour planning activities.

• Schedule Management: Effectively coordinate the daily schedule of the loading team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Process Optimization: Implement strategies to streamline loading processes, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Transport Coordination: Oversee and monitor all shipping transports, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Tour Planning Support: Assist in the development and implementation of tour plans, contributing to route optimization and resource allocation.
• Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and oversight within the base, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in logistics management. Your qualifications should include:

• A completed commercial education or extensive relevant experience in the field.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating loading operations, managing shipping transports, and supporting tour planning activities.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly MS Office Suite.
