Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Firenhoff HR Consulting. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including US-GAAP and HGB
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in an international company
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including US-GAAP and HGB
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP R3 – FI is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
