Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Overview

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will engage in a range of operational procurement activities related to our advanced loading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate inquiries to suppliers and compile competitive offers
• Create purchase orders
• Review order confirmations
• Track timelines for outstanding orders
• Verify invoices
• Conduct price negotiations
• Prepare and execute supplier selection processes
• Collaborate internally with departments regarding material requirements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in technical procurement, particularly in steel construction, is advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, and teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP R3 is beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office applications
