Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Bochum. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the portfolio of RD projects, supervising the compliance and optimization of project processes, and ensuring the administration of project systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and follow up on portfolio of RD projects
  • Supervise and ensure the compliance and optimization of project processes
  • Administer project systems, including time registration, documentation, and resource allocation
  • Assist management with regular reporting and communication of projects
  • Participate in annual budget and project planning, including resource allocation planning
  • Manage IT system projects and tasks in cooperation with external consultants, subsuppliers, and management
  • Support document translation and office organization
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Years of experience in technical project management, especially in the wind industry, is preferred
  • Excellent handling of the PC and usual office applications
  • Experience in IT implementation is preferred
  • Confident demeanor, initiative, communication, and team skills
  • Fluent in German and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing knowledge)
