Du hast Erfahrung in der Softwarearchitektur und möchtest zusammen mit deinem Projektteam maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für verschiedene Kunden und Geschäftsprozesse entwickeln und implementieren. Es ist für dich selbstverständlich, Architekturen vorausschauend zu gestalten und die Anforderungen der Kunden präzise umzusetzen. Teamarbeit liegt dir am Herzen.

**Deine Aufgaben:**

  • Analyse, Entwicklung und Optimierung von individuellen Softwarearchitekturen für diverse Kunden und Geschäftsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte, Beratung der Kunden und Abstimmung von Lösungen, sowie aktive Mitgestaltung in der Entwicklung und Coaching deines Teams
  • Verantwortung als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die erfolgreiche technische Umsetzung
  • Gewährleistung der langfristigen Tragfähigkeit unserer Lösungen in der Systemlandschaft der Kunden durch dein Wissen über IT-Bestandssysteme bis hin zu Cloud- und Microservices
  • Erkennung und Reduzierung technischer Komplexität in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team und den Kunden
  • Fachliche Führung deines Teams von 5 bis 10 Kolleg:innen in allen Phasen – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Entwicklung bis hin zu Go Live und DevOps, und dabei als gutes Beispiel vorangehen

**Dein Profil:**

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in Kundenprojekten
  • Erfolgreiche Führung von (Teil-)Teams als Lead-Entwickler oder technischer Architekt in Projekten
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung objektorientierter Softwarearchitektur in Java sowie gute Kenntnisse der Standards und Methoden des Softwarearchitekturentwurfs
  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren IT-affinen Studiengang
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
