With a strong focus on client success, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring seamless delivery of our ESG data solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans
  • Communicate technical and quantitative information to a range of stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, economics, or environmental studies
  • 2-7 years' professional experience in a client-facing function, preferably in the financial services and consulting industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and concerns
  • Native-speaking level in German and English
  • Strong project management and execution experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
