We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Professional to join our dynamic team at I. K. Hofmann. As a Tax Professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and contributing to the success of our clients.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including credit and debit notes, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Participate in the daily operations of the company, providing support to the accounting team as needed.
- Process bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor and oversee cash flow, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Perform internal reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit sales tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Completed training in accounting or a related field.
- Desirable: prior experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in DATEV and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent teamwork and loyalty skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
