Job Summary

ZIEHL-ABEGG SE is seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team in Künzelsau. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve claims
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in claims resolution or quality assurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
