E.ON Drive GmbH is the backbone of the German e-mobility business, representing the brand E.ON Drive. We bring renewable energy to the road and support individuals and companies throughout Germany in traveling in a clean, quiet, and affordable way using electromobility.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager NOC to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a key member of our eMobility business, you will be responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer, focusing on the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
- Take relevant suppression measurements and steer our field service partners.
- Proactive and transparent communication to our customers.
- Maintain and inspect the charger infrastructure within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
- Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
- University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
- Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
- Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
- Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
- Can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
