- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely fixes and improvements to ensure minimal downtime.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to architecture decisions, driving the technical direction of our backend services and ensuring alignment with our company's vision.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Backend Java Developer, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, with experience in RESTful API design and implementation, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
